Maintaining good water quality is the key to successful fishkeeping.

Ammonia is the number one killer of both saltwater and freshwater fish. It is constantly produced in the aquarium from fish waste and urine, decomposing plants, and uneaten fish food. By accurately measuring the ammonia level, this kit gives an indication of the efficiency of the biological filter, which helps eliminate the ammonia from the aquarium.Aquarium Pharmaceuticals Ammonia Test Kit reads 0 to 8 mg/L or parts per million (ppm) of ammonia.
The kit includes: two dropper bottles for accurate dispensing of test solutions, easy-to-read instructions, color charts for both fresh and saltwater, and non-staining glass test tube with snap-tight cap. The reagents have child resistant safety caps.
